About Us
SM Golden Bee is an agribusiness venture which produces pure natural honey and natural products like, natural honey soap, natural honey cream and pastries made with honey .We also offer training for beekeepers as well as pollination and bee rescue service, sales of honey, bee wax and beekeeping equipment. Through our operations,we promote biodiversity and conservation:
- Pollination of plant to reproduce.
- Habitat creation for bees, pollinators and other organisms
- Preservation of local plant species thus maintaining and balancing the ecosystem
SM Golden Bee became a legal entity in the year 2017. We provide natural honey with unique taste which is reducing honey adulteration issues in the country.
Since inception,we have trained over 200 rural youth and women in beekeeping and value addition which is reducing unemployment. We want to be the leading apiculture industry in Ghana in the next 5 years. We produce under hygienic conditions using modern techniques which favors bees , the environment and human beings as well. Michael Sakyi is the CEO with over 17 years experience in beekeeping.

Role of Post Harvest Technology: manage losses and spoilage and value addition for the business with 8 years experience
DAVID OWUSU ANSAH (ACCOUNTANT)
Role of the Accountant : manage all accounting transactions, balance sheets , profit and loss statements of the business qith 10 years experience.
AKWASI KUSI APPIAH PROJECT MANAGER
8 years experience Project manager: He is in charge of planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.
WINIFRED AMPOFOWAH (SALES MANAGER)
5 years experience Sales manager: promote products and services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profit for the business.
MICHAEL SAKYI ( CEO)
17 years experience Role of the CEO : Responsible for managing the overall operations of the business.
